महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश प्रक्रिया -
प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन पत्र महाविद्यालय के कार्यालय से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। आवेदन पत्र का शुल्क वापसी योग्य नहीं है। आवेदन पत्र पूरी तरह भरकर आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्रों सहित कार्यालय में तय समय में प्रस्तुत करना है।
प्रवेश के नियम -
1. प्रवेश म.प्र.शासन एवं देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा बनाए गए नियमों के अधीन दिया जाएगा ।
2. शासकीय नियमानुसार प्रवेश में आरक्षण लागू है।
3. नकल प्रकरण/अनुशासनहीनता/रैगिंग में संलग्न विद्यार्थियों के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा।
4. आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को किश्तों में शुल्क जमा करने की सुविधा है। नियत समय तक किश्त जमा न करने पर प्रवेश निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा।
5. आवेदन-पत्र आवश्यक प्रमाण-पत्रों एवं शुल्क सहित निर्धारित तिथि तक जमा करने पर ही प्रवेश मान्य होगा।
6. उच्च शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा नियत आयु सीमा के विद्यार्थी ही प्रवेश के पात्र होंगे।
7. जाली प्रमाण-पत्र/गलत जानकारी/प्रतिकूल तथ्यों इत्यादि के आधार पर असावधानीवश यदि किसी विद्यार्थी को प्रवेश मिल जाता है, तो ऐसा प्रवेश स्वत: निरस्त हो जावेगा।
ADMISSION PROCEDURE IN COLLEGE -
Application form for admission can be obtained fromthe college office. Application Form is nonrefundable. Students need to fill the form completely,enclose all the necessary documents alongwith it andsubmit to office within the prescribed time limit.
RULES FOR ADMISSION -
1. Admission in the college will be given as per theguidelines of M.P. Govt. and DAVV.
2. Reservation will be applicable according togovernment regulations.
3. Restriction on admission of the studentsengaged in unfair means case, indiscipline,ragging etc.
4. Facility to deposit fee in installments to financiallypoor students. Admission will be cancelled if theinstallment is not deposited by the scheduled time.
5. Application form for the admission will beaccepted only if submitted with requiredcertificates, papers and fees by the scheduled date.
6. Admission will be given only to those studentswho comes under the age limit guidelines ofhigher education department.
7. If a student is given admission inadvertently onthe basis of fake certificates, incorrectinformation, adverse facts etc, then suchadmission shall be cancelled automatically.
विद्यार्थियों के लिए आचरण संहिता -
1. महाविद्यालय में निर्धारित समय पर उपस्थित रहें ।
2. विद्यार्थी अपना संपूर्ण ध्यान अध्ययन में लगाएं। साथ ही महाविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित समस्त गतिविधियों में पूर्णत: सहयोग करें।
3. अपने वाहन निर्धारित पार्किंग स्थल पर लगाएं।
4. नियमित रुप से महाविद्यालय की वेबसाईट, संदेश एवं नोटिस बोर्ड का अवलोकन करें एवं दिशा निर्देशों का पालन करें ।
5. महाविद्यालय की सम्पत्ति को किसी भी प्रकार की क्षति न पहुंचाएं।
6. प्राचार्य, प्राध्यापकों, कर्मचारियों एवं अपने सहपाठियों से शालीन एवं विनम्रतापूर्वक व्यवहार करें।
7. विद्यार्थी अपनी समस्याएं वर्ग शिक्षक के माध्यम से प्राचार्य तक पहुंचाएं।
8. महाविद्यालय में किसी भी प्रकार के मादक पदार्थ का सेवन वर्जित है।
9. कक्षा में मोबाइल का उपयोग प्रतिबंधित है।
10. महाविद्यालय की स्वच्छता बनाए रखें।
11. प्राचार्य की अनुमति के बिना कोई समिति या संगठन बनाना, किसी भी प्रकार की सभा का आयोजन करना, किसी भी प्रकार के पोस्टर एवं बैनर लगाना पूर्णत: वर्जित है। ऐसी गतिविधि में संलग्न विद्यार्थियों के विरूद्ध कड़ी अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE STUDENTS
1. Present at the scheduled time in the college.
2. Students should give full attention in studiesand will co-operate in all the activities organisedby the college.
3. Park your vehicles in the fixed place only.
4. Visit the website of the college, checkmessages and notice board regularly andfollow the instructions.
5. Do not damage collegeproperty.
6. Behave politely with yourprincipal, professors, officestaff and classmates.
7. Students can put theirproblems to the principalthrough their class teacher.
8. Use of any kind of drug in the college is prohibited..
9. Mobile is strictly restricted in the class room.
10. Maintain cleanliness in college.
11. Without the permission of the principal,creating a committee or organization, organiseany kind of gathering , pasting of poster andbanner of any kind is completely prohibited.Students who are involved in such activities,strict disciplinary action shall be taken againstthem.
विशेष निर्देश -
परिचय-पत्र- प्रत्येक नियमित विद्यार्थी को महाविद्यालय का परिचय पत्र (खवशपींळीूं उरीव) प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। महाविद्यालय का परिचय-पत्र सदैव अपने पास रखना है। परिचय-पत्र के न होने पर महाविद्यालय की सुविधा एवं गतिविधियों का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा।
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION -SPECIAL INSTRUCTION -
Identity card is compulsory for every student of thecollege. Student must keep his card while he/she isin the college. Neither any facility is provided norany participation in college activity is possiblewithout card.
रैगिंग संबंधी निर्देश -
माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशों एवं यू.जी.सी. के नियमों के अनुसार रैगिंग एक दण्डनीय अपराध है। रैगिंग के दोषी विद्यार्थी के विरूद्ध नियमानुसार दण्ड का प्रावधान है-
- कक्षा से निलंबन
- महाविद्यालय से निष्कासन
- विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने से रोकना
यदि कोई विद्यार्थी या विद्यार्थियों का समूह रैगिंग करते हुए पाया गया तो इस प्रकरण की सूचना आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु तुरंत ही पुलिस को दे दी जाएगी। विद्यार्थी को महाविद्यालय से तुरंत निष्कासित कर दिया जाएगा, तथा उसके विरूद्ध आपराधिक प्रकरण (ऋखठ) दर्ज करवाया जाएगा। रैगिंग पीड़ित विद्यार्थी अथवा अन्य कोई भी विद्यार्थी रैगिंग सम्बन्धी घटना की सूचना महाविद्यालय के रैगिंग निषेध बोर्ड के संयोजक को तुरंत देवें।
INSTRUCTION ABOUT RAGGING -
According to the guide line of The HonorableSupreme Court and UGC rules, ragging is apunishable offence.There are following provisions ofpunishment against the guilty students.
- Suspension from the class.
- Expulsion from the college.
- Prevention from attending university exams.
If any student or group of students is found involved inragging activities in the college campus, theinformation of this case will be given to the police fornecessary action. The student shall be rusticatedfrom the college immediately and an FIR will belodged against him. Victim student of ragging or anyother student may inform about the ragging activitiesto the co-ordinator of Anti Ragging Committee of thecollege.

विद्यार्थी महाविद्यालय से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या/शिकायत या सुझाव के लिए विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. अभय जैन से संपर्क करें। विद्यार्थी अपने सुझाव या शिकायत लिखित रूप से प्राध्यापक कक्ष के बाहर लगी हुई पेटी में भी डाल सकते हैं।
